Unopened Packages Within 30 days:
Refunds are issued on any product ordered within 30 days and returned to us
unopened. All products must maintain the manufacturer safety seal for a refund to
be issued.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee which covers our warehousing and shipping costs
for the item. If you would like a store credit instead there is only a 5% re-stocking
fee for the item.
Unopened Packages Over 30 days:
In store credit is issued for any product returned to us, maintaining its original
manufacturers seal, outside of the 30 day deadline.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned outside the 30 day deadline.
*Orders over 90 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

include your name, return authorization number, and phone number. Please indicate why you are returning the product, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your returned product you will receive a confirmation
email of receipt of goods. We are not responsible for shipping times back to us or for lost or damaged packages returned to us.
