Return/Refund Policy
Unopened Packages Within 30 days:
Refunds are issued on any product ordered within
30 days
and returned to us
unopened. All products must maintain the manufacturer safety seal for a refund to
be issued.
There is a
15% re-stocking fee
which covers our warehousing and shipping costs
for the item. If you would like a store credit instead
there is only a 5% re-stocking
fee for the item.
Unopened Packages Over 30 days:
In store credit is issued for any product returned to us, maintaining its original
manufacturers seal,
outside of the 30 day deadline.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned outside the 30 day
deadline.
*Orders over 90 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Procedure:
Before you return any product you must call us at 877- 576-6235 to receive a return authorization.
Return all products to the address listed below . Please be sure to
include your name, return authorization number, and phone number. Please indicate why you are returning the product,
and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your returned product you will receive a confirmation
email of receipt of goods. We are not responsible for shipping times back to us or for lost or damaged packages
returned to us.
